What information do you require us to provide to complete the packaging structure design?

1. Please provide the product dimensions (length × width × height) and weight.
2. Packaging type and purpose. For example, Corrugated mailer box packaging is used for e-commerce packaging.
3. Desired material or type of corrugated paper (If you are unsure, we will recommend the paper material and corresponding material weight and thickness based on the packaging you want to make).
4. Product combination and quantity, whether it is single-piece packaging or a multi-piece combination (set)? Is there a need for inner lining or partitions inside?
5. Usage and transportation environment (Is refrigeration, moisture-proofing, long-distance transportation, or stacking storage required?)
6. Optional - Design style and visual direction (Please provide Design Files, and we will select the most suitable packaging type and structure based on your design style).

Could you design the packaging based on our product?

Sure, this is also our strength: we can provide customers with a one-stop customized packaging manufacturing solution.
We can design customized packaging structures based on your product characteristics, the industry it belongs to, the display effect of the product, the usage scenarios, and functional requirements (such as shock absorption and anti-drop, or visual aesthetics). We also offer professional material selection, printing, and Postpress / Finishing solutions (such as Hot Stamping, UV, embossing, etc.)

The founder has over 30 years of experience in the packaging and printing industry, with a profound technical background. We can help customers solve various technical problems related to packaging and printing: The factory has a 21-year background in refined packaging and printing manufacturing. The printing team has an average of 22 years of experience. The packaging design team all have first-class packaging design degrees and are familiar with printing processes and production manufacturing.

How many employees are there in your factory?

We have over 60 skilled employees. We have a prepress and design team, printing team, Postpress / Finishing team, quality inspection team, and a management team.

What printing production equipment do you have?

We have KBA-RAPIDA 75E、 KBA-RAPIDA 75，Heidelberg XL7+1、Heidelberg XL8+1 printing machines from Germany、Creasing and Cutting Machine、Hot Stamping Machine, Book cover wrapping machine and so on.

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Xiamen, China. We own the premises, and the area covers around 7,000 square meters. We have been operating here for more than 20 years.

Can you accept OEM and ODM services?

It's acceptable. We are not only offer OEM services, but also ODM services, we provide you with a one-stop customized packaging design manufacturing solution, covering packaging structure design, sample production and testing, printing and Postpress / Finishing manufacturing, Packing and Container Loading, after-sales and continuous support.

Do you provide samples? Are they free, or do they come at a cost?

Before the official mass production, we usually provide you with samples for confirmation. Currently, there are two types of samples available: Digital Sample and Pre-Production Sample. To save time and costs, some customers choose to directly enter mass production after confirming the Digital Sample (which approximates the production effect by about 80%). If you need a sample reference that is exactly the same as the official mass production, we can also provide a pre-production sample (which is 100% consistent with the mass production). However, please note that its cost and time will be relatively higher.
1. Digital Sample
• Cost: The sample printing is free. You only need to bear the UPS shipping cost from China to your destination.
• Time: The sample printing takes about 3–4 days, and the UPS transportation time is about 4–5 days.
• Feature: It is similar to the mass production product with an approximate similarity of 80%, suitable for quickly confirming the overall design, structure, and printing process effect. The cost is lower.
2. Pre-Production Sample
• Cost: The sample printing fee is approximately USD150 per model, and the UPS shipping cost is additional.
• Time: The sample printing takes about 7–9 days, and the UPS transportation time is about 4–5 days.
• Feature: It is 100% consistent with the mass production product. It is produced using the same machines, papers, and processes. Due to the need for color matching, plate making, and formal procedures, it is equivalent to running the entire formal production process, so the cost is higher.

How is your payment method?

We usually make the payment by T/T or L/C, but we can also negotiate other methods based on the order amount and the cooperation situation.

What is your MOQ?

Our packaging products do not have a fixed minimum order quantity (MOQ).
However, it should be noted that: Due to the existence of fixed costs in the printing and production processes, the smaller the order quantity, the higher the cost per unit, especially when international shipping fees are added; conversely, the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit cost and the more favorable the price.
But regardless of the customer's order quantity, we will take it seriously. Please don't have any psychological burden. You can inquire about prices, Our specialists will reply you within 12 hours.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a source packaging factory with our In-house Factory. The owner has a background in packaging technology and has a profound technical knowledge. We have imported printing equipment from Germany and have a professional printing team that precisely controls the colors. When you communicate with us, you can feel our professionalism, which is something that foreign trade companies cannot achieve. How long is your delivery time?

The general production time is around 10 to 15 working days from the confirmation of the official order, and the shipping time is not included.

Can the color of our packaging be stable and have a high degree of accuracy?

During the printing process, we possess the ability to precisely control the color, enabling highly accurate color reproduction, which is our long-standing technical advantage. We have a precise color management system and can carry out integrated production from pre-press to post-press, ensuring high-quality processes. We use imported Heidelberg and KBA-RAPIDA printing machines from Germany, equipped with X-Rite colorimeters and official Pantone color cards, which can accurately measure and compare colors. Our core printing team has over 20 years of frontline experience in color management, and senior printing technicians monitor in real time to ensure precise and stable colors.

Can the post-press/finishing techniques, such as foil stamping, UV treatment, and embossing, achieve high quality and precision?

The entire production process is carried out in our own factory. From pre-press, printing, to post-press/finishing processes, we uniformly control the quality to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Does the packaging meet the export and environmental protection standards? What certifications can be provided?

We use FSC®-certified paper, and certain food-grade ivory boards comply with EU and FDA food contact regulations. Printed with eco-friendly soy inks and bonded with water-based glue, our materials meet EU, US, and Japan safety standards, and have been VOC-tested with SGS certification to ensure environmental compliance. The packaging complies with EU RoHS, the EU Packaging Directive 94/62/EC, and US TPCH environmental requirements, and has been BCT- and ECT-tested with moisture- and compression-resistant design to guarantee safe export shipping. Backed by ISO9001 certification, we ensure every package meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and quality.
