Sample & Rapid Prototyping

Before the official mass production, we usually provide you with samples for confirmation. Currently, there are two types of samples available: Digital Sample and Pre-Production Sample. To save time and costs, some customers choose to directly enter mass production after confirming the Digital Sample (which approximates the production effect by about 80%). If you need a sample reference that is exactly the same as the official mass production, we can also provide a pre-production sample (which is 100% consistent with the mass production). However, please note that its cost and time will be relatively higher.

1. Digital Sample • Cost: The sample printing is free. You only need to bear the UPS shipping cost from China to your destination. • Time: The sample printing takes about 3–4 days, and the UPS transportation time is about 4–5 days. • Feature: It is similar to the mass production product with an approximate similarity of 80%, suitable for quickly confirming the overall design, structure, and printing process effect. The cost is lower.

2. Pre-Production Sample • Cost: The sample printing fee is approximately USD150 per model, and the UPS shipping cost is additional. • Time: The sample printing takes about 7–9 days, and the UPS transportation time is about 4–5 days. • Feature: It is 100% consistent with the mass production product. It is produced using the same machines, papers, and processes. Due to the need for color matching, plate making, and formal procedures, it is equivalent to running the entire formal production process, so the cost is higher.
