Our Box Sleeves were designed by Doyoupacks for a haircare brand’s travel set. Unlike rigid PVC travel bags, which are durable but difficult to print on. Because the standard offset, screen, or UV inks do not adhere well and can easily scratch or peel. industry-standard alternatives include using labels or applying a paper sleeve.  The Box Sleeves is more environmentally friendly, supports a wider range of colors and finishes, and offers better cost efficiency.

The Packaging Sleeves Doyoupacks produced uses 250g paper laminated onto 250g white cardboard. enabling double-sided printing and offering the strength needed to prevent tearing or wrinkling on the PVC bag. Based on our 30 years packaging manufacturing experience, we laminate the paper with crossed fibers, the thick cardboard sleeve stays straight, flat, and resistant to bending, keeping its shape and appearance during production, shipping, and use.

Perfect Match Between Printing and Finishing

The details in packaging sleeves are far more than you might imagine. Every design element and every printing process is aimed at improving the overall feel and raising the level of the packaging, which helps express the brand’s attitude, tone and positioning. For example, in terms of color, the brand demands very high color accuracy for its Printed Sleeve, our factory used full-coverage spot colors together with CMYK printing. The Shadow, gradient, and soft-blending effects need expert printing skills, which Doyoupacks provides. For the logo, we chose pearlescent gold foil stamping, offering a soft shimmer and metallic touch that looks more upscale than standard gold stamping. The sunset in the artwork is hard to reproduce with standard offset printing, so we custom-blended a red–bronze glitter powder, creating a pearlescent metallic texture that gives the artwork depth and luxurious feel.
