Boxes For Shirts
Doyoupacks' custom-designed "Boxes For Shirts" feature a Christmas fairy-tale theater theme, combining macaron pink with gold foil accents for a warm and elegant look. The front features a windowed curtain and a flip-top design, creating a sense of ceremony when opening the box. This slipcase packaging perfectly balances display, protection, and gift-giving needs.
The process of Doyoupacks customized Boxes For Shirts for clients consists of packaging structure design, prototyping, selection and coordination of materials, printing, and manufacturing techniques, mass production, quality inspection, and packing, container loading, and shipping.
I. Design Analysis
This shirt was designed specifically for infants aged 1–3, featuring a fairy-tale theater theme. Our design team incorporated a curtain on the front, a Christmas tree, a gingerbread man, and a theatrical mask at the top to create a warm and charming holiday atmosphere. The primary color of Shirt Packing Boxes is a soft macaron pink, paired with gold accents and subtle colorful details. This combination retains a youthful, girlish charm while using gold foil stamping to enhance the garment’s sophistication, avoiding the cheap look often associated with large swaths of pink. Additionally, our factory has specially designed a top flap with a front window for an interactive user experience. When opened, it resembles the raising of a theater curtain, creating a sense of surprise and making it ideal for use as a holiday gift box.

2. Box Structure Analysis
This is a composite Boxes Shirt structure featuring a flip-top lid, a front window, and internal compartments.
• Main Box Structure:
The box features a square flip-top design. The lid opens freely and flips upward, creating a “theater curtain” effect. The lid is secured to the box body via side tabs, ensuring smooth opening and closing and structural stability.
• Internal Structure:
The interior contains 12 small boxes made of white cardstock, each designed to hold a single shirt. This individual packaging ensures the shirts are neatly arranged without tipping over or shifting, while also allowing them to be displayed through the front window.

RoHS and FSC Certification
To support our customers’ requirements for eco-friendly, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging and to comply with EU and U.S. environmental regulations, T Shirt Boxes uses eco-friendly soy-based ink and FSC-certified paper. This document is an SGS-issued RoHS+ environmental testing report for offset printing ink, which primarily verifies whether heavy metals, flame retardants, and phthalates comply with EU and U.S. environmental standards.
Within 24 hours of submitting the preliminary design report, Doyoupacks provided the client with a white prototype to test the structural integrity of the Shirt Packing Boxes. The client was very satisfied with our packaging design, so we arranged for digital proofs within 2–3 days. During the sample production process, we utilized precise lamination and bonding techniques (bonding white cardstock to F-flute corrugated board) and conducted hot foil adhesion tests (the “100-grid test”) and crease-burst line tests to ensure the samples were flawless, thereby ensuring efficiency in the subsequent mass production phase.
