Efficient Loading— A 40HQ container of Skincare Paper Boxes

We're extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to grow together with our customers in the packaging industry. The New-generation premium skincare brand operated by our customer has achieved a breakthrough in social media and e-commerce, which places a large number of orders for the Skincare Paper Boxes. The brand places emphasis on eco-friendly and sustainable packaging, such as they prefer the Plastic-free paper Boxes, Recycled Paper Bags, FSC-certified materials and Eco-friendly soy ink printing.

Regarding container loading calculations, our strength is designing and testing a complete container loading plan. We will consider all factors, such as the size and type of container, Carton size, and placement method, to calculate the carton quantity of this container. It has been proven that our estimates of container loading are highly accurate. We also carefully plan the Container loading layout to guide our staff to arrange how many rows and columns to load, the correct container loading sequence, and Scientific placement and stacking methods to protect the goods. Since the goods are the Cream paper boxes, High-Quality Skincare Packaging Boxes are not allowed to have creases or wrinkles. So we will pay more attention to arranging cartons in stacked layers to maintain the quality.

In terms of container loading time and efficiency, as the factory, we can control the production timetable to precisely match the container loading time. Because the entire sustainable cream paper boxes manufacturing process is completed in our factory. As the quality is fully under control, there is no need for reloading due to quality issues of printed folding cartons. We also arranged the Loading supervisor, the Loading staff, and the staff in charge of checking and logging. Each person has their own personality, which improves the loading efficiency. All staff are our factory's long-term employees; they are very familiar with container loading procedures and collaborate well.

In terms of Container loading safety and keeping information in sync across the factory and our customers. We adopted Multiple moisture-proof and safety measures, sent the pictures and videos in real-time to the customer. When the container arrived, we checked the Truck number, container ID, driver information, etc. At the same time, we checked the container quality, preventing container leaks (water or light) that may damage the goods. We monitored and took photos of the container loading from the beginning, middle, and end phases to prevent any issues. Finally, we kept the client and Customs agent updated on container data(Total cartons, weight, and volume) in order to make all information easy to track and check.
