Innovatively Produced Backing Card Series for Walmart

Starting from a small trial order of Backing Cards 11 years ago, Walmart’s procurement team was cautiously testing the waters with us, but neither of us could have anticipated that we would keep the 14-year cooperation. These days, our factory has successfully completed another reorder for Walmart. We provided a one-stop custom Display paper Card packaging solution for them.

Our factory has a complete standardized manufacturing process for Backing Cards. Whether it is sampling or production, we use the designated material brand. Also, we controlled the material within a specific brightness range based on the Standard ISO R457. Because the customer has strict requirements for the printing colors, which are the specific Pantone colors. Pantone printing is our advantage; we have accurate color management in our factory. In order to achieve the precise color control, we inspected the color at least five times at different printing stages.We matched color under a D65 standard light booth throughout the entire printing process, checked LAB values using a spectrophotometer such as X-Rite eXact P60+ and X-Rite NGH-603 Rev.C, and controlled the ΔE within a specified range.

Another RFID Hang tag is produced with a three-layer lamination process. We used the automatic laminating machine, which allows precise pressure control without affecting the forming thickness of the Hang tag, and embed an RFID tag without leaving any surface impressions on this series of Paper Hang Tags. We also produced another Hanger Card and solved a difficult problem: Our process guarantees accurate hole positioning, preventing any potential deviation.

The Walmart’s Purchasing Department was really satisfied with our Precise color control, Precise die-cutting and hole alignment, stable Material and structural accuracy, which are the key factors for the Backing Cards, RFID Hang tag, and Hanger Cards.
