This material not only physically isolates grease but also visually applies a “pure and hygienic” filter to the food.
Structural Innovation
We’ve eliminated plastic film and instead sealed the paper surface with an eco-friendly matte varnish. Combined with the strong, resilient fibers of 400g high-grammage Suli paper, the entire box is 100% plastic-free. Key Points for Production Line Quality Control
1. “Precise Registration” for Two-Color Hot Stamping and Embossing
The process involves black gold hot stamping, antique bronze hot stamping, and subsequent embossing. If the design includes text or lines that require “stamping before embossing” or “two-color blending,” even a 0.2“mm” transmission error between multiple mechanical processes can cause the pattern to appear ghosted or blurry.
Solution: During the first-piece inspection, Doyoupacksclosely monitors the edges where bronze gold and black gold meet, and applies “avoidance” or “trapping” adjustments during prepress.
2. “Gold Absorption” and Peeling Risks with Specialty Papers
During hot stamping, if the pressure and temperature are insufficient, the foil will not penetrate the paper’s texture, resulting in “pinholes” or “missing characters”; if the temperature is too high, the paper will shrink due to heat, causing the surface to wrinkle easily. Before starting mass production, Doyoupacks has the hot stamping technicians conduct individual tests on the peel strength of the electroplated aluminum foil specific to that paper batch.
3. Destructive Testing
Use industrial-grade high-tack hot-melt adhesive or box-gluing adhesive specifically designed for specialty paper. After Cardboard Cake Boxes are formed, conduct “high- and low-temperature destructive tear tests” on a sample to ensure that once baked goods are placed inside, the boxes will not spontaneously “blow open” during transport due to the paper’s elastic recovery.
