For mid-to-high-end brands, Paper Boxes For Supplements are not just about protecting products, but also about creating a strong first impression. Doyoupacks not only designs the box structure, but also considers brand positioning, color, materials, and surface finish to ensure the packaging maintains a consistent visual identity on shelves, in e-commerce images, and in the hands of consumers.

When designing Paper Boxes For Supplements, Doyoupacks doesn't start with a pre-made box design. The size, quantity, arrangement, and weight of sachet, stick pack, and bottled products differ, so the structure must adapt accordingly. Taking the product in the image as an example, the larger box uses a simpler top and bottom lid structure, while the smaller box adjusts the top and bottom seals based on its capacity. A box that's too large makes the product wobble and increases wasted space; one that's too tight affects packing efficiency. A good structure isn't complex, but rather solves the problem precisely.

The truly reasonable logic is: Product Size → Arrangement → Internal Size → Board → Carton Structure |

For electrolyte products, the packaging volume and usage method are particularly important considerations. When designing Electrolytes Packaging Boxes, Doyoupacks first determine whether it contains individual stick packs, sachets, or other formats. The required box depth, opening method, and cardboard stiffness differ depending on whether the product contains 20, 30, or 60 packs. For box discussions, please contact: packsale1@doyoupack.com or WhatsApp: +86 18060967204. Boxes that are too large will cause product movement and unnecessary gaps, while boxes that are too tight will affect the efficiency of manual or automated packing. Our principle is: the carton structure should follow the product. Place the product inside first, then decide on the appropriate structure for the Electrolytes Paper Boxes.
Health supplement packaging doesn't necessarily need lamination. The cardboard box in the image uses water-based varnish. The production process can be summarized as Printing → Water-based varnish → Die Cutting → Creasing → Folding & Glue. Water-based varnish primarily addresses surface protection, abrasion resistance, and visual appeal. If it already meets product requirements, Doyoupacks advises clients to reassess the necessity of plastic lamination, rather than increasing materials and costs for a so-called "premium" look. When making Protein Powder Paper Boxes or other Paper Boxes, "more processes" does not equal better packaging. For EU projects, Doyoupacks can provide FSC paper materials and show clients the factory's actual ISO 9001, FSC, and other relevant certifications and project-required documents. The website will also continuously add real images of Vitamin Packaging Boxes samples, production processes, quality checks, customer reviews, packing, and shipping, allowing buyers to see how the packaging is actually produced, not just renderings. PPWR requirements will also be considered from the perspectives of packaging reduction, material composition, and recyclable design.

A beautiful sample is just the beginning; stable mass production is the true test of packaging capability. For Nutraceutical Paper Boxes and mid-to-high-end brand packaging, achieving a beautiful color in the first batch is not difficult. the challenge lies in maintaining brand consistency across the second and third batches. Doyoupacks has established a mature color management process, capable of color matching based on Pantone spot colors and confirmed color samples, and controlling batch color differences through standardized printing processes and quality inspections. Doyoupacks especially recommend that long-term health supplement brands establish their own brand color standards, rather than relying on visual judgment for each production run. Q&A
Q1:What information should a customer provide at once when requesting a quote for the fastest possible response?
A1: It is best for customers to provide the following in one go:

If you already know the required box size, there is no need to provide the product dimensions. If you are unsure about the box size, please provide the dimensions, quantity and weight of the product inside, as well as your preferred box style. We can also assist with structural design. Send product and design information to: packsale1@doyoupack.com, WhatsApp: +86 18060967204 |

Q2: Is it safe for Food Supplement Packaging Boxes to directly contact health supplements?
A2: It's necessary to distinguish between direct contact and secondary packaging. For example, stick packs, sachet, or bottled supplements already have their own sealed primary packaging. The outer folding carton usually falls under secondary packaging, and the cardboard box does not directly contact the powder, capsule, or liquid inside. If the customer requires packaging materials to directly contact food or supplements, the corresponding food-contact requirements, material declarations, and testing documents need to be confirmed separately.
Q3: Why are the box sizes different for the same 30 sachets from different brands?
A3: Because "30 sachets" is just a quantity; it doesn't tell us how much space the product occupies. Different sachet/stick packs will have different lengths, widths, thicknesses, sealing methods, and powder contents.
Even with the same 30 sachets, if one brand lays them flat and another vertically, the final box structure may be completely different.
Therefore, when making Electrolytes Packaging Boxes, we prefer customers to provide actual product samples or accurate dimensions, rather than just telling us 30 sachets per box.
Q4: I only have the product, not the box dimensions. Can you design it for me?
A4: Yes, and we recommend starting with the product, not deciding on the box dimensions first. Customers only need to provide the product dimensions, quantity, weight, and packaging method. For example, for a box of 30 electrolyte stick packs, we will first calculate the product arrangement and then determine the L × W × H dimensions inside the box.
If the product shape is relatively regular, you only need to provide accurate dimensions and a photo of the product, and we can make a standard dieline based on the actual product.
If the product structure is complex and the dimensions are not easy to measure accurately, you can also send us a physical sample. Doyoupacks will provide a packaging structure plan free of charge, first making a white structural sample for you to confirm the dimensions and assembly effect. After confirmation, we will then make the final production dieline.
The entire process can be understood as: Product Sample / Dimensions → Structure Design → White Sample → Approval → Final Dieline → Production
This reduces problems such as dimensional errors, product movement, boxes that are too tight, or later dieline modifications.
